Prior to the UK Parliament being dissolved ahead of the election on 6 May, an Early Day Motion was tabled by Nick Palmer MP calling for a ban on the commercial fur trade in the UK. The EDM was tabled in response to the bill currently being considered in the Israeli parliament.
